Yes! We have room for both indoor and outdoor ceremony space. If you prefer to get married in our picturesque orchard you can see the photos above of the 5000 sq ft ceremony lawn, or if you're feeling like being indoors we have a 1300 sq ft. barn space with white drapes and a beautiful statement piece chandelier.
Yes! We have tables and chairs for 150 people.
No, unfortunately we don't provide linens, but we would love to give you the contact information for local vendors who can supply you with linens in a color of your choice.
Yes! The suites are some of the best features at The Red Barn! With our 2 room bridal suite with a private bathroom you will look and feel stunning getting ready for your big day. So much natural lighting and a copper rod to hang your gown, this is a perfect spot for your dress while you get your hair and make-up done. Plus this bridal suite has two air conditioners in it, so say goodbye to sweating for the wedding. (This is a completely different building- so your fiance won't see!)
For the Groom suite, lets just say wow!
The groom suite is located in the nostalgic Red Barn built in 1904 where it has a pool table, a lounge, and plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing. Places to get dressed and to hang out, what more could you want in a groom suite?
Yes! We have a vendor prep area (not a commercial kitchen) but it is a space for your full service caterer and floral vendors to come and get ready. We also have a large walk in refrigerator to keep your items cool until it's time to use them.
The preferable wedding months are between May through the middle of September, this is when the orchard looks the best with full foliage on the trees.
*October we are closed, this is because we transition into our walnut harvesting season that lasts through the entire month.
Weekend Weddings Only- Unfortunately we are not able to host weddings Monday- Thursday.
Weddings on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are available.
No, you need to hire your own food safe caterer as we are only a venue and do not provide a commercial kitchen. Although we do have space for them to set up and store items in our walk-in refrigerator.
Yes! Although, we only allow Beer and Wine (no hard liquor) at the reception but if your bridal party would like to have champagne while getting ready for the day we allow that, happily.
Music can be played and enjoyed until 10 pm.
Our staff will take the hassle out of your big day, we set up the tables and chairs to make sure everything is looking perfect. Our staff also acts as parking attendants to ensure your guests park easily and worry free in our 1+ acre parking lot. During your event, we will handle all maintenance relating to the facility, such as emptying trash cans, moving tables, chairs etc. After your event we will take care of table and chair break-down, but we will need your help to clean up after your outstanding event.
We allow flame-less battery operated candles only.
Here at The Red Barn, we strive to create an unforgettable day for you and your guest by providing a well maintained and unique venue. We have a grand statement piece chandelier in the party barn along with string lights strung above the dinning area and dance floor to enhance the ambiance for you and your family and friends. We aim to have unique pieces such as our incredibly large and stunning wooden arbor that you can use in the ceremony area. Also, don't forget to check out our vintage truck where your band or DJ will be playing in front of the dance floor!
